I recently needed/had work done on my boat and engine. i spoke to salesperson BB and he set up appointment for me and discussed the problem i was having with my boat and possible solutions. When i brought my boat in there was easy drop off. I was also contacted soon with an update on their findings and progress. I was then contacted when job was completed. The cost was fair for the service rendered, and pick up was relatively easy also. It was great to have fast, reliable and professional service. Thank you. Jim

I had an unresolved issue with my 2018 mercury 25 horse 4 stroke that another dealership couldnt figure out. I took it down to USA Marine and Bob and his guys figured it out the first time! Now unfortunately I got into an accident with the boat but Im sure that its going to be taken care of the right way by these guys!

Clearly the best place to purchase and service a boat. The owner is hands on with this business and he treats his employees with respect and allows them to do their job without interfering. Reputation is important to them and they work hard on maintaining same. This company very rarely says no and works hard to get things done properly and

on time. I drive 1hour and 20 minutes to get to this dealer to have my boat serviced and stored. There are many dealers closer to me but when all your boating needs are met at a reasonable cost why go someplace else!

Had my 24' 2012 Yamaha 242 in for tune up last spring - service and installation of after market steering fins. Dropped it off at night and it was ready when they said so even though I was late dropping off the parts for installation. The service crew were friendly and helpful and they gave my boat a bath/washed and made the seats look great as well. Great experience! I purchased my first boat from another dealer where Bob Bourget worked in 1985. After he came to Marine USA, I followed him there because of his outstanding service and attention to details. I have been storing my boats there and had all service work done there and he has gone above and beyond on several occasions when my family's vacation was threatened by a needed mechanical repair. I had brought my boat trailer in thinking I would need to have it all rewired. When I returned to pick it up I was ready to pay a couple of hundred dollars. The service representative told me that all I had was a bad ground wire and there would be no charge for its replacement. What a pleasant surprise. Not only was I happy about the savings but over joyed about the fact that they demonstrated such integrity and quality customer service in handling the issue. I'm Canadian and had to trust the word of the sales rep that was there "Bruce Gustafson". He was really helpful and when it came to a ski pole that I thought was included and so did he, was not there when I picked up the boat. He bought a new one and is now shipping to Canada. Most Boat dealerships that I have dealt with have been greasy people not keeping their word and trying to steal another dollar from you. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WITH USA MARINE. I highly recommend them to anyone buying a boat.

The Sales, Parts and service staff went above and beyond to hook up me up with a new Mercury 115, I had many questions because I had a newer boat and my old 1988 Mercury 115 needed to be upgraded ( my nephew is running that old outboard which my family had bought from USA Marine in 1988). This was a new boat that been set-up for a Yamaha, so I had questions about the cable lengths needed, the instrumentation and electrical needs, the installation, and of course basic question about the CC's of the new outboard and a recommended prop. We water ski, we are in our 50's and 60's, so we wanted to make sure we had the right stuff to get it done. They really made the extra effort to put the rig together. We had an awesome season last year, love this motor, and the staff at USA Marine!!

Fantastic outfit, being from Maine I was impressed with the courtesy I received. Impressive inventory and I noticed the employees doing more than was required. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Great place with awesome workers who genuinely want to help and offer honest advice. They're prices are better than in a coastal marina for winter storage and since we store there we can also keep our trailer there all summer while we are docked. We will be with these USA Marine as long as we boat probably.

I went to USA Marine at the suggestion of a friend. I was having issues getting my boat to plane. I did a lot of research on line and thought it might have something to do with the prop on the motor. Spoke with Mark in the sales department and showed him my old prop. After some research Mark discovered that someone (previous owner) had put the wrong prop on the motor. Purchased the correct prop and I can't wait to try it out.

Update: Took the boat out Saturday. What a difference! New prop did the trick. Boat jumped out of the water and planed right away. RPM's on the motor were back where they belonged. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Mark, you are my go to guys from now on!
