It is important to us that your delivery goes as smooth as possible.

1. Who do I contact if I have questions?

These can all be reached through our toll free number: (800) 370-2628

Fax us at: (508) 756-5354, or E-Mail us at the addresses above!

2. How do I pay for my boat?

If you are financing, it is advisable to complete the transaction 7 - 10 days prior to your scheduled pickup date.

You may need an insurance binder or other documentation to complete the loan process. Please contact your sales representative to prevent any unnecessary delays. If you are not financing, a Certified Bank Check or Cashiers Check is required for payments made within 10 days of your scheduled pickup date.

3. I don't know the first thing about operating a boat. Will I receive help?

USA Marine Inc. demonstrates every boat in our shop with our customers. A trained mechanic is at your disposal to answer all of your questions. We do recommend further instruction be obtained through sources such as the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.

4. What size trailer ball do I need?

Most boats we sell require a 2-inch ball. There are exceptions. Please check with your Sales Representative or our Service Department to ensure you have the right size ball and it is properly installed on your vehicle before you arrive to pick up your boat to avoid any delays!

5. What do I need for wiring for the trailer lights?

Most boats we sell use a 4-prong flat standard light connection. Again, there are exceptions. For example, some models with brakes use a 5-prong flat connector. Please check with your Sales Representative or our Service Department to avoid any delays!

6. Where can I get my hitch installed and who will wire my vehicle?

Your vehicle's dealership, a competent garage, or a U-Haul type facility will be able to make suitable arrangements for you. For the do-it-yourselfer, please contact our Parts Department. Due to insurance issues, USA Marine cannot work on customer vehicles.

7. When can I pick up my boat?

Pickup times available are: Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm. Please have your Sales Representative schedule you a tentative Date and Time. Customers should contact their Sales Representative or the Service Department before arriving at USA Marine Inc. to pick up their boats to ensure there will be no delays.

8. How do I get my boat and trailer registered?

Your trailer paperwork will be made available to you 7 - 10 days prior to your scheduled pickup

date provided that there is a sufficient deposit and/or your financing is closed. Boat registration paperwork will be made available to you on the day of your scheduled pickup (or earlier if

pre-arranged). Please contact your Sales Representative to make suitable arrangements.

Please note, it is up to you to complete the actual registration process as your RMV-1 form for trailer registration will need to be stamped by your automobile insurance agent.

9. What else do I need before I can go boating?

Depending on what boat you purchased and where you will use it you might be required to have a Coast Guard Approved safety package. A spare propeller or some water toys might also be a good idea. Consult our Parts Department for the latest specials.
